Representative Larry Clark was sworn in as Speaker Pro Tem of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 by Chief Justice John D. Minton.  Larry’s wife Violet was at his side holding the family bible during the ceremony.  Larry Clark has held the position of Speaker Pro Tem since 1993.
